Returns Policy

At Feel the Rhythm, Feel the Seoul, we take pride in delivering official, high-quality K-pop albums and merchandise. Please read the information below before placing an order.


1. General Return Policy

Due to the nature of K-pop albums, photocards, and sealed merchandise, we operate under a strict no-return and no-refund policy unless the item meets the criteria listed under “Items Eligible for Return.”

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Duplicate purchases
  • Incorrect selections (version, member, or album type)
  • Photocard pulls you are unhappy with
  • International shipping imperfections such as minor dents, tiny scratches, or small corner dings (especially on the outer box or packaging as this is served to protect the contains of the album inclusions)
  • Items unsealed by customs or inspected during international transit
  • Pre-order items (unless severely damaged).


2. A return or refund may be approved if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item arrived severely damaged (e.g., cracked cases and crushed album)

If you believe your item qualifies, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.


3. Damage Requirements

To request a replacement or refund for damaged goods, you must provide:

  • Photos of the item from all angles
  • Photos of the outer packaging and courier label
  • A video opening the parcel (if available)
  • A description of the issue

This helps us file claims with couriers or suppliers and ensure fairness in the process.


4. Timeframes for Reporting Issues

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted, as we cannot confirm when the damage occurred.


5. Pre-Order Items

Because pre-order items are purchased specifically for each customer:

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.
  • Release dates, packaging variations, or supplier delays do not qualify for refunds.

We will always inform you of any major supply changes.


6. Missing Parcels

If your parcel is lost or severely delayed:

  • We will assist you in opening a claim with the courier.
  • Refunds or replacements can only be issued after the courier confirms loss.
  • This process may take several business days depending on the courier’s investigation.


7. Replacements

If your claim is approved:

  • Replacements will be sent if stock is available.
  • If the product is out of stock, a refund or store credit may be offered.


8. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via:

  • EFT
  • Reversal through the original payment method (where applicable)

Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to reflect.


9. Items Not Eligible for Return

For clarity, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or handled items
  • Albums missing photocards (if album was sealed on arrival)
  • Merchandise with tiny flaws from manufacturing
  • Lightsticks with battery issues caused by improper use
  • Items damaged due to customer handling
  • Sale items, discounted items, or mystery bundles
