PAYMENT
1 How to pay us
We offer a wide range of secure payment options through Netcash, including:
- Mastercard
- Visa
- Ozow Instant EFT
- Standard bank EFT
- Manual EFT
- Payments from FNB, Nedbank, Absa, Standard Bank & Capitec
All transactions are encrypted for your protection.
2 Specific warranties you make when making payment
If you are using a credit or debit card you warrant (guarantee) that:
• You are authorized to use the credit or debit card, and
• There are sufficient funds for the order.
If you are using a direct bank deposit then you warrant (guarantee) that you will make the payment within [insert number of days / hours] from when the order is placed. If your payment is not reflected within this time the order will be cancelled.
Our banking details are made available to you when placing the order.
3. Payment Security
- Your card details are processed securely by Netcash and are never stored on our website.
- We do not have access to your full card information at any point.
- Advanced encryption and fraud-prevention measures are used to safeguard every transaction.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
1. Order Processing Times
- Ready-stock items are processed and dispatched within 5-7 business days.
- Pre-order items are shipped after they arrive from our official Korean suppliers, which may vary depending on release schedules and international transit.
- Orders containing both pre-order and ready-stock items will only be dispatched once all items are available, unless separate shipping is purchased.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship throughout South Africa using trusted courier services:
- Pudo (The Courier Guy) – locker-to-locker or locker-to-door
- Fastaway Couriers (where available)
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote or outlying areas may require additional time.
- Delivery times may be affected by peak seasons, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances, which are beyond our control.
4. Tracking Information
- Every order includes a tracking number.
- Tracking details are emailed or sent via Instagram DM once the parcel is dispatched.
- Customers can monitor their parcel’s journey until it reaches the destination.
5. Packaging & Handling
- All albums, merchandise, and collectibles are packed with care using protective materials.
- Minor cosmetic imperfections caused by international shipping cannot be considered as damage.
6. Incorrect Addresses or Failed Deliveries
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
- Parcels returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect will require additional payment for re-shipping.
7. Responsibility After Dispatch
- Once the package is handed over to the courier, responsibility for delays or handling rests with the courier service.
- However, we are always available to assist in following up on courier-related issues.
We use a third-party courier to get the goods to you and so for security reasons we cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed, so please make sure the shipping address is correct.
